8. Business Listings
PCB Guide may include free, paid, featured, partner, sponsored, claimed, unclaimed, or editorially selected business listings.
A business listing on PCB Guide does not mean that:
- We own or operate that business
- We endorse that business
- We guarantee the quality of that business
- We guarantee its hours, prices, menu, availability, safety, services, licensing, insurance, or performance
- We are responsible for disputes between users and the business
- We are responsible for the business’s actions, omissions, products, services, employees, contractors, policies, or premises
Businesses are responsible for ensuring their own listing information is accurate.
If you are a business owner or authorized representative and want to request an update, correction, claim, or removal, contact us at contact@pcbguide.com. We may ask for proof that you are authorized to act on behalf of the business.
9. Claimed and Unclaimed Listings
PCB Guide may display information about businesses that has been submitted by the business, submitted by users, gathered from public sources, or created editorially by PCB Guide.
A listing may be marked or treated as unclaimed if the business has not claimed or confirmed the listing through PCB Guide.
If you claim a listing or request control over a listing, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of that business. We may approve, deny, reverse, or revoke a claim request if we cannot verify authority, if there is a dispute, if the listing violates these Terms, or if we believe the request creates risk.

11. Live Music, Artists, and Performers
PCB Guide may display live music listings, artist profiles, performer details, music schedules, booking links, social links, venue information, and related event information.
Artists, venues, organizers, and submitters are responsible for the accuracy of performance details, booking information, rights to media, and promotional claims they submit.
PCB Guide does not represent, manage, book, employ, supervise, insure, or guarantee any artist, musician, performer, band, DJ, venue, or live music event unless clearly stated in a separate written agreement.
PCB Guide is not responsible for booking disputes, performance cancellations, schedule changes, payment disputes, venue disputes, equipment issues, injuries, losses, noise complaints, licensing issues, or other matters involving artists, performers, venues, organizers, or attendees.

PCB Guide does not guarantee that any happy hour, deal, discount, special, price, menu item, promotion, coupon, or offer will be available or honored.
Users should verify details directly with the business before ordering, purchasing, visiting, or relying on any offer. Businesses are responsible for honoring, updating, correcting, or removing their own specials and promotions.
PCB Guide is not responsible for disputes about pricing, availability, expired offers, menu changes, alcohol service, service quality, eligibility, age restrictions, or business policies.
13. Alcohol-Related Content
PCB Guide may display information about bars, nightlife, happy hours, drink specials, breweries, cocktail bars, events, or other alcohol-related businesses or promotions.
Alcohol-related content is intended only for users who are legally permitted to view, purchase, or consume alcohol in their location. You are responsible for following all applicable laws and venue rules.

PCB Guide may offer paid or unpaid featured listings, sponsored placements, advertising, promotional posts, partner placements, affiliate links, newsletter placements, social media promotions, or other promotional opportunities.
Featured, sponsored, partner, paid, or editorially selected placements may receive increased visibility compared to standard listings.
Payment for advertising or featured placement does not guarantee:
- A specific number of views, clicks, leads, bookings, sales, or customers
- Permanent placement
- Exclusive placement
- Top placement unless specifically agreed in writing
- Continued publication if the content violates these Terms
- Endorsement by PCB Guide
- Any particular business outcome
We may label paid, sponsored, partner, advertising, affiliate, or featured content where appropriate.
Advertisers and businesses are responsible for ensuring their ads, claims, offers, images, prices, services, qualifications, credentials, discounts, and promotions are accurate, lawful, current, and not misleading.
We may reject, edit, pause, or remove advertising or sponsored content if we believe it is misleading, inappropriate, low-quality, unlawful, harmful, inconsistent with PCB Guide’s standards, or otherwise unsuitable.
Any advertising package, featured listing, sponsorship, subscription, or paid placement may be subject to separate written terms, invoice terms, package terms, checkout terms, or agreement. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a separate written advertising agreement signed or accepted by both parties, the separate advertising agreement controls for that advertising relationship.
15. Ranking, Sorting, and Display Order
PCB Guide may organize, rank, sort, filter, recommend, or display content using a combination of editorial judgment, listing tier, paid placement, relevance, category, location, popularity, availability, freshness, completeness, search terms, user experience, and other factors.
Featured listings, PCB Guide Partner listings, sponsored placements, paid placements, and editorial picks may appear more prominently than free, unclaimed, or community listings.
Search results, category pages, recommendations, “featured” sections, and display order are not neutral rankings of quality, safety, popularity, or customer satisfaction. They should not be treated as guarantees, endorsements, certifications, or rankings of the best businesses or events.
16. Affiliate Links and Third-Party Offers
PCB Guide may use affiliate links or referral links. This means we may earn a commission or receive compensation if you click a link, book an activity, purchase a product, buy tickets, or use a service through certain links.
Affiliate relationships do not change the price you pay unless stated otherwise.
PCB Guide is not responsible for third-party products, services, bookings, refunds, cancellations, ticketing, customer service, safety, availability, or disputes.
You should review the terms, policies, and details of any third-party provider before making a purchase or booking.

18. No Endorsement
Unless we clearly state otherwise, listing a business, event, venue, deal, restaurant, attraction, service, advertiser, artist, performer, or third-party link on PCB Guide does not mean we endorse, recommend, guarantee, certify, verify, or approve it.
PCB Guide is a local information platform. Users are responsible for making their own decisions about where to go, what to buy, what to book, what to attend, and which businesses to use.
