What You Can Submit

Use this page to send PCB Guide event information for possible publication. Events should be relevant to Panama City Beach, nearby Bay County visitors, locals, venues, businesses, artists, families, or the local community.

• Public events in Panama City Beach or nearby areas
• Local business events, pop-ups, markets, festivals, and special happenings
• Ticketed events, free events, charity events, and community events
• Restaurant, bar, venue, and nightlife events
• Family-friendly activities, seasonal events, and local entertainment
• Live music events, if they are event-style listings or connected to a venue

What to Include

The more complete your submission is, the easier it is for PCB Guide to review and publish accurate information.

• Event name
• Event date, start time, and end time if available
• Venue name, address, or general location
• Official event link, ticket link, website, or social post
• Cost, ticket details, or whether the event is free
• Short description of what people can expect
• Event flyer, image, or logo if you have permission to share it
• Organizer, business, or venue name
• Your name and best contact information

Review and Publication

Submitting an event does not guarantee publication. PCB Guide may review, edit, shorten, categorize, reformat, reject, or remove event submissions at its discretion.

We may contact you if we need clarification, a better link, a corrected date or time, or confirmation that you are authorized to submit the event.

• Events should be accurate and appropriate for PCB Guide visitors
• Outdated, unclear, duplicate, spammy, misleading, or incomplete submissions may not be published
• PCB Guide may prioritize events that are timely, locally relevant, and useful to visitors or locals
• Event details can change, so organizers remain responsible for keeping information accurate

Photos, Flyers, and Media

Only submit photos, flyers, logos, graphics, or other media that you own or have permission to share. If you send media to PCB Guide, you are confirming that PCB Guide may use it in connection with the submitted event and related promotion unless we agree otherwise in writing.

• Do not submit copyrighted media you do not have permission to use
• Do not submit private personal information or confidential documents
• Do not submit images of people when you do not have the necessary rights or permission

Featured or Sponsored Events

Basic event submission is separate from paid promotion. PCB Guide may offer featured event placement, sponsored visibility, or advertising opportunities for businesses, venues, organizers, and partners.

Paid placement does not guarantee ticket sales, attendance, clicks, bookings, revenue, or any specific result.

• Use the featured event inquiry button if you want to ask about promotion
• Sponsored or featured placements may be labeled or displayed differently from regular listings
• Paid event visibility is subject to availability, approval, and separate written terms when applicable

Corrections and Updates

If an event on PCB Guide has the wrong date, time, location, cost, link, image, or description, please send a correction. Keeping local information accurate is one of the most important parts of PCB Guide.

• Include the event name and the current PCB Guide page or event link if available
• Tell us exactly what needs to be changed
• Include the correct details and an official source when possible
• Let us know whether you are the organizer, venue, business owner, performer, or someone else helping with the correction
