How PCB Guide sources listings

PCB Guide is operated by Emerald Life Adventures LLC d/b/a PCB Guide. This page explains how we gather, review, label, and correct local information for Panama City Beach visitors, locals, businesses, venues, artists, and organizers.

Sources

Where listing information comes from

Public local information

We review public business websites, social pages, event pages, official local resources, venue schedules, and organizer information when building listings.

Direct submissions

Businesses, venues, artists, event organizers, and locals can submit updates, events, happy hours, live music, and correction requests for review.

Ongoing cleanup

Listings are edited for clarity, category consistency, broken links, duplicate records, stale details, and obvious formatting problems.

Review process

How we review and verify

  • Prioritize official business, venue, organizer, artist, or government sources when a detail affects planning.
  • Use public source links or direct submitter context when available.
  • Avoid publishing private owner notes, submitter emails, internal review notes, or raw import details.
  • Ask for authorization when someone requests control over or material changes to a business listing.
  • Label paid, featured, partner, or sponsored placement where that relationship affects visibility.

Freshness

How often information is updated

Local information changes quickly. Events, live music, happy hours, menus, hours, prices, beach conditions, and availability can change after publication. We update pages through direct corrections, admin review, imported/public source cleanup, and periodic guide refreshes where source dates are available.

When a detail is time-sensitive or safety-related, visitors should confirm directly with the business, venue, organizer, artist, booking platform, ticketing platform, or official local source before making plans.

Corrections

How corrections work

PCB Guide may correct, edit, relabel, archive, remove, or decline submitted information based on accuracy, source quality, authorization, privacy, safety, public usefulness, legal concerns, spam prevention, and editorial judgment.

Corrections are welcome at contact@pcbguide.com or through the Contact / Corrections page.
